A Fibersound fiber optic microphone system consists of both the FOM1 microphone and an FOM Microphone electronic driver to interface to the electronic world of audio equipment.
The FOM fiber optic microphone is provided with a standard 30m fiber optic cable.
The FOM Microphone driver can be either AC powered by wall current or provided as a battery powered unit.
In addition to a driver unit for a single microphone, a standard driver unit is also available for driving two microphones from a single box.
